This Homemade Perfect Protein Bar is soft, chewy, and packed with wholesome ingredients. An easy no-bake snack you can make in 10 minutes with just 6 pantry staples.


Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/3 cup honey

2 tbsp melted coconut oil

1 1/2 cups oat flour

1/2 cup vanilla protein powder

1/4 tsp sea salt


Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, stir together peanut butter, honey, and melted coconut oil until smooth.

2. Fold in oat flour, protein powder, and salt until a thick dough forms.

3. Line a baking dish with parchment and press the dough evenly into the pan.

4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

5. Cut into bars or squares and enjoy.
