Description

This creamy cottage cheese ranch dip is a high-protein, low-fat twist on traditional ranch. Perfect for snacking, meal prep, and veggie dipping.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup cottage cheese (1–5% fat)

3 tbsp milk (dairy or unsweetened plant-based)

Juice of ½ lemon

2 tsp ranch seasoning (homemade or clean store-bought)

3 tbsp chopped chives (optional)

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.

2. Blend until smooth. Adjust thickness by adding more milk if needed.

3. Taste and tweak seasoning as desired.

4. Serve immediately or store in fridge up to 7 days.

Notes

For creamier texture, add 1 tbsp mayonnaise.

Stir before each use as separation may occur.

Use as a dip, spread, or bowl topper for added protein.
