I trained for four years, hoping to build my dream body. I stayed consistent, worked hard at the gym, but it always felt like something was missing. I struggled with emotional eating, and no matter what I did, the results just weren’t showing. I felt tired, frustrated, and stuck in a body that didn’t reflect all the work I was putting in. When I did eat, it was mostly junk or empty calories. I trained for a bit, but the results didn’t come, and I gave up again and again. I felt lazy, weak, and completely off-track. We both wanted change. Real change. So we made a deal: we’d do a 100-day challenge together. No skipped workouts. No off-plan meals. If one of us slipped, we had to pay the other $100 or treat them to something special. It wasn’t just a game — it became a lifestyle. Kiko focused on breakfast and snacks, making meals that kept us full, fit, and fired up. Med handled lunch and dinner, building high-protein meals that tasted amazing and actually worked. We supported each other every day — in the gym, in the kitchen, and in the way we showed up for ourselves. Two years later, the transformation is massive.
